Jerry Bruce Chesney
Jerry B. Chesney, 67, of Fountain Inn, passed away on Thursday, February 26, 2015.
Born in Fountain Inn, he was a son of the late Levi P. and Ada Lee Chesney. Mr. Chesney was of the Baptist Faith. He served our country in the U.S. Army as an expert rifleman during Vietnam. He was an avid outdoorsman and loved to hunt and fish.
Mr. Chesney is survived by his daughter, Cindy Bishop and her husband, Tommy, of Boiling Springs; two grandchildren, Courtney and Kyle Bishop; two brothers, Bobby Chesney and Billy Chesney; and one sister, Jo Ann Bramlett.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Tommy Chesney and Jimmie Chesney.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, February 28, 2015, at 2:00 PM in the Chapel at Heritage Funeral Home with Dr. Joe Geddes officiating.
The family will receive friends prior to the service starting at 1:00 PM.
